Experiences of Non-criminology Graduates Police Officers in Philippine National Police (PNP) Organization

The experiences of non-criminology graduate police officers in the Philippine National Police organization are necessary to perceive whether internal and external factors affect their motivation decision enter organization. This study will explore (PNP) during year 2023. Transcendental phenomenology was research design used study. Six participated were chosen using purposive sampling. An in-depth interview done gather data guide questions. participants' responses transcribed, coded, organized form themes based on study's objective with aid Hyperresearch software. then analyzed interpreted Moustaka's analysis steps. Results revealed that majority at age middle age, a degree Education, rank as Staff Sergeants. Non-criminology experienced having for joining PNP, positive experience Basic Recruit Training (BRT), receiving equal treatment BRT, challenges overcoming personal weaknesses, variety coping mechanisms dealing BRT.
